This site has been around for almost 18 years. I am glad so many people have joined the effort to make it come alive.

I have been a Tony fan since his TVB years, being years of tv junkies (I speak very little Cantonese, but watched many tvb series on tape, Go Figure!). I enjoyed watching his rise in TVB years, and some of his celebrated movie careers (I enjoyed his earlier films - very Canton-Hong Kongish). However, I have only been to Hong Kong a few times (mostly pass-by, 4 days total in 2008). Through Info, I met Tony in NYC in 2005, he appears to be someone I hardly knew. I have to admit I put on a brave face, and continue building this website. As his career is coming to a good closure, maybe a few more years. I am about to let it all go.

Thanks for all of your continueous effort supporting Tony. As someone who barely knows about him, this experience seems to be rather strange. I had to guess what movie news/reviews people are writing about, and what film festivals people are going to, and post news/information based on what little I know of (I know everything posted looks rather very informative). But, none of which I know much about, because I have never watched any, outside of The Grandmaster in the past few years. I haven't watched films for quite some time. TV signals are shaky. It's like being a detective. It has been a bizarre experience. I guess It is how it is.

This site is supported by Info, a long-time fan from Hong Kong. She has been a long-time surfer of the site, and contributed contents over the years. She took over the ownership in 2004.

As my role diminishes here, I hope we have enjoyed a good run. Thank you!

Recently I put up some new content on the website. Some of which is related to Tony, and prudent to his filming career. While the rest of the stuffs are found through web searching, roaming through old bookstores, magazine stands, and some are from various sources (collected over the years).

As stated above, I am not involved in any of the movie business, barely know much about Hong Kong. This website has taken off by itself! Thanks for reading!

I believe all of us here respect Sandy's decision to step down from the administration of the website, and thanked her hardwork sincerely for building the website from scratch 18 years ago. Without her, we won't have such a wonderful and informative site on Tony for non-Chinese speaking fans.
