Hey friends, it`s happening again.
Since Helga and Yitian asked for it, let`s do it.
I arrived today and got the big chance to see "Sound of Colours" on the big screen. Was a bit hectic though, but Tina was very patient with me. Thank you again so much!
Afterwards we went for dinner.
There was someone else but I forgot if I`m allowed to mention her name. So, you kow who, if you`d like you are very much welcome to comment.
On my way back to my place ...
... makes one speechless. _________________ Water which is too pure has no fish. |

This is great!!!!!!
Just the right time to visit HK (or maybe just a few days too late ). Still, better late than never I say.
So glad that you had an opportunity to watch "Sound of Colors" on big screen . If I had to remember just one scene, I would say the one with red sweater .
Thanks for sharing all your new exciting HK experience with us, and the breathtaking HK skyline .
Enjoying your stay . |

Looks so delicious, I'm dreaming the taste
In US, I can find nice red bean flavored ice cream easily, but the one with green tea tastes so dilute , still better than nothing .
Enjoy the movie (s) _ guess you watched 2 films back to back, with the same group of actors . |

This ice-rink is at Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong and is always fun. Sometimes I'm tempted to rent skates, though.
Yitian, neither red bean nor green tea ice cream in Germany.
There will not be much but later more from today. _________________ Water which is too pure has no fish. |

Thanks Heike
Your pictures are always appreciated, specially food.
I really miss HK dim sam.
I am sure you are enjoying your stay in HK.
Can you gather group of 4 runners and make "Tony Supporters" ? Or you couldn't get good sport person and run by yourself ?
Whichever the way, all of our hears are with you when you run.
Take it easy and Enjoy ! The climate in HK is probably not suitable for run, even in April. Don't push yourself too heard. |

Eri: Pics of food = noted!
I could eat dim sum every day.
No Eri, no team of 4, just me. I wouldn`t know whom to ask. Thanks for your concern but since I`m not aiming for a new personal best time over 10k, I`m realistic here, I`m just doing this for fun - and yes I know "for fun" sounds crazy.
And I`ve signed up for 2 10k runs in the meantime. April 9 and 17, both at the same location.
Yesterday and today I did the loop twice which means 7k, it was OK thanks to the cool weather here in HK but I have to run more to make sure I can do 10k in this climate as well and not finishing last. We`ll see how it will turn out.
See how quiet it was at The Peak today.
And since Eri asked for food. Nothing special, but always oh so delish!
At the Hoi On Cafe - I so love this place. Nice business card.
Yesterday`s lunch
Today`s breakfast, much needed after 7k on an empty stomach. Getting some protein.
And today`s dinner at New Five Dragon Restaurant, Sheung Wan. My favorite Cha Chaan Teng
I went to the cinema today to see "Heaven in the dark". Guys, if you ask me Jacky Cheung so deserves "best actor" for this. Amazing! So amazing that I have to watch it again. _________________ Water which is too pure has no fish. |

You're so lucky to be able to see all these movies . Jacky Cheung is a good actor, let's have our fingers crossed for Sunday .
And, my never ending thanks for sharing your beautiful photos with us .
BTW, I kept your pic of the business card of the Hoi On Cafe, just in case one day I would visit .
Have fun running and movie watching, and doing everything else in HK |

Many thanks for the good movie-tip, Heike
Although we probably will not see here on big screen ever unfortunatly
.....I hope for a soon DVD release to watch.
BTW: Another Tony & Jacky cooperation would be very nice again
Your movie-recommendations are always welcome, Heike ....given you'll find more "Perls"
With your daily training....and all that good HK food...you'll surely be in best form/condition for the 2 (!) 10km runs
Have much fun ! |

Yes Yitian, I consider myself lucky at the moment and I'm very grateful for what's happening here every day.

Don`t! I`ll get you the original one.
Helga, I don`t run daily. Rest days are also important. If one can call today a rest day. According to my heart rate monitor I`ve walked 17k today. _________________ Water which is too pure has no fish.
