Another day.

A friend took me today to Sheung Seui and Fanling.
We visited a taoist temple and afterwards the Tang Chung Ling Ancestral Hall and nearby Lo Wai.
Internet is terrible today. It took me over 10 (in letters t-e-n minutes to upload the first pic. Shocked

Inside the temple, nice painting.

The roof.

Try to scroll in on this pic, so very beautiful.

A wall at the the acestral hall.

Lo Wai is not open to public, so I had to be quick Wink Who could resist to take a pic from this old building?

That`s it from yesterday. Not sure if there will be anything from today. At first I will meet friends for lunch and then will go to Sha Tin - ah we`ll see.

Your wish came true, Yitian! Wink Thank you! It was much quicker tonight.

OK, I went to Sha Tin this afternoon. First to the Leslie Cheung memorial plate. I`ve posted a pic of it in my last year`s report.
Then I went up the hill to the "Tenthousand Buddhas Monastery".

Statue along the way.

Manjushri, the Buddha of wisdom. I wouldn`t have recognized him, the chinese version. I`m only familar with the tibetan kind.

And I never can take my eyes of her. She is such a beauty.
Gwun Yam, Buddha of mercy.

Unfortunately, one is not allowed to take photos inside the halls. There would have been such nice statues.

大概是沙田万佛寺的五百阿罗汉像其中的一尊吧,立于山路两旁,从山脚一直排列到山顶寺院,我猜:)

弱弱地问句:在这个网站说中文也行的吧? Embarassed Very Happy
