Well, as mentioned before, I couldn`t resist and went back to The Peak today.

This is The Peak Galeria/Peak Tram Station.
I didn`t use the tram this time and went there by bus.

Kowloon. Tsim Sha Tsui with Clock Tower and Cultural Centre in front.

As you can see, the visibility was much better today.

Later I went to the Victoria Peak Garden and walked on one of the many paths. One led me up a hill where I could see that.

A totally different view, so beautiful.

After a hot and sweaty day, I deserve an icecold Tsingtao. Smile

Omg, I was so tired yesterday, I forgot to put the watermark in the pics. Rolling Eyes

Whatever, today I went to Lantau Island. The biggest of the islands. On this island is the airport Chek Lap Kok.

Gate in front of Po Lin Monastery.

The big Buddha.

After the big Buddha I went to Tai O, a fishermen`s village. A nice place to walk around, have some tea and just relax. On top of that, you are offered some really nice views.

I just couldn`t resist to do a black and white of this scene.

Beautiful temple at the end of Tai O.
If you are visiting this place, go inside. There are beautiful carvings on the inside of the roof.

I visited this place several times but never had such a wonderful view.
A plane leaving HK ... let`s change the subject real quick. Sad

Just cute.

Fishermen`s huts.

Yitian, you know the story about drunk driving? It`s the same with drunk posting - don`t. Wink
Honestly, I just was really tired. Walking up the hill and down, stairs up and down, with my backpack at about 27/28°C. You are getting tired.

Glad you like the pics!

Not much from today, it was chilly and rainy - pretty nasty.

This time I went to the Convention and Exhibition Centre and took a shot of the clocktower and the Cultural Centre.

And this one is taken from the upper level of the Harbour City car park ... no comment. Wink

...nighty-night ... Sleepy

Jenny, I gain always a few kilos each time I`m here. Embarassed This cantonese food is very hard to resist. So you will understand, I try to avoid desserts.
Maybe there will be some sweet sutff waiting for me at Cheung Chau today, wich I cannot resist. I know a shop there selling delish black-and-white (black sesame seed pudding and bean curd).
What kind of desserts did you have in mind?

Wait, I have a pineapple bun each morning for breakfast, does that count as dessert as well? Wink
