Our last day in Berlin we did a little sightseeing. There you can see rests of the Berlin Wall.
And the four of us in front of the Berlinale Palast.
We`ve seen The Grandmaster today and it was awesome. Loved it very, very much.
And that was our little adventure. _________________ Water which is too pure has no fish. |

Thanks Tin-Yau and yitian
Chang Chen? I hope the only reason for his absence at the fest is 'prior commitment'. He should've been there with TL, ZZ and WKW. |

What I find is that I have to log in, every time I switch from checking in with my home computer, with checking in on my iPhone! _________________ "Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read." - Groucho Marx |

To Joe
....and I fear , it will not have been the last time
To Heike
.... our "parallel-multimedia-communication-teamwork" was most exciting ,
indeed....nevertheless it was definitely you, who managed - ultimately
See you

Hello everyone,
I was in Berlin at the time of opening of Berlinale.
Last time I was in Berlin was a business trip more than 17 years ago.
Cityscape has changed drastically .
Whole city was in the air of excitement.
As Heike mentioned, we could see only a glimpse of Tony in a vehicle at the Red Carpet.
(Actually, I thought it was a red carpet for BMW, official partner)
It was extremely cold and began to snow during the event.
But I enjoyed the atmosphere of festival a lot!!! Banner(nicely done ! )is made by
Helga and her daughter. Thank you for your effort !
Also watched The Grandmaster-Berlin version. I haven't watched HK version ,
so I can't tell the difference where's been cut.
But I enjoyed it very much. There're more action scenes than I expected .
As I was watching the movie, may be because I was in Berlin where
one could look into the past to learn from the lessons of history,
I thought we can overlap the passage of time in the past to present.
Dear Berlin traveling companions,
Thank you for taking care of this big girl from another continent.
I'm really glad to get to know you all. I'll never forget the time we shared.
Because of my lack of English ability and may be much more from my ignorance,
if I 've said something inappropriate , please forgive me.
If you're coming to Japan , please let me know. Of course, I'll be happy for
joining another reunion whenever and wherever it happens.
Heike, thank you for everything!! Good luck with your career
and let me know your next adventure, too .Without you and Helga's
"parallel-multimedia-communication teamwork," it didn't work out.
Mary, I 'd like to be someone like you, so caring and reserved.
If I had more time,
I 'd really like to hear more from you about Ireland.
Good luck with your project, too.
Finally, Helga, it's been 4 years we're hoping to see each other again
and it came true!
I know and I'm sure you know there'll always be the next time.
Sending all my love to you and your family.
And Tony ,I'm looking forward to meeting you for promotion in Japan
some time around May(?). I wonder which version will come to Japan.
Another original version....?
After going back home to Tokyo ,
how easy it is to find myself lost in busy day to day life.
Please keep in touch.

Dear Yuka!
What can I say, it was US and the circumstances who made this little adventure something special, so very enjoyable and fun.
There`s no need to thank anybody!
I really hope to seeing you and Mary and Helga again!

I'm glad everyone had such a great time! The banner was pretty eye catching too.
Thank you for the lovely postcard and thanks Yuka for the tote bag. Sorry Yuka, I couldn't reply properly in Japanese...but I did understand most of what everyone was saying. Hehe. Motto ganbarimasu! |
