Dear Tony and friends, this week I got a serious lesson regarding impermanence.

Being at a Italian restaurant celebrating my nephey`s bday, then driving to my sis for coffee and cake, on the way a car took away my right of driving and bang car crash at about 70/80 kilometers per hour. Frontal crash, my car is irreparable damaged, airbags opened, ... . This is how quick life can be over, just like that.
Please take good care of yourselves! Pray

Oh gosh Shocked Exclamation . Are you OK? How badly are you injured? Hope nothing is too seriously damaged about your body - I have high hopes for everything is alright because you are writing Pray Pray Pray Pray Pray Pray .

As Tony always says, life is unpredictable, one should always treasure today - he understands the word "impermanence" very well. Still, I wish every tomorrow is the same (unless it is better) as today for my family and all my friends (Tony, I take the liberty to consider you as my big brother and a dear friend, for you who bring me happiness, teach me important life lessens and be so kind to me) Pray .

Take care and have a speedy recovery Pray flower.

Heike I hope you (and your nephew) are reasonably well ....and you had a medical check afterwards, as a precaution (HWS !) :-kThe damaged car is extremely annoying of course Rolling Eyes, but your physical and psychological (the shock !) health and wellbeing is the most important of all Exclamation
My VERY BEST WISHES for a speedy recovery flower....to realising your next Hongkong-trip in April without any aftereffects thumbright

No Yitian, I`m not OK. Best thing is according to the docs that nothing is broken but I`m suffering from the aftermath of a concussion, whiplash injury, bruised and slightly out of place nose, bruised shoulder and knees, my glasses broke right above my left eyebrow when hitting the airbag and left a scratch. Whole upper body is in pain. This is how a boxer must feel after a badly beating. Most of the time I`m lying in bed on a heating pad.

No Helga, no snowy roads, quite dry. I`m still in hope for being in HK in 5 weeks. We`ll see.

Thanks a lot for your wishes! Pray

Ohhhh, you poor thing! This is terrible!! Crying or Very sad 💔

I hoped a better outcome but feared a worse one. I am glad to see you write, even with a sense of humor Very Happy. I wish I could carry some pain for you. At the moment I suggest to try to sleep as much as you can - I often find my open faucet like nose shuts tight at night when I fall into sleep: no sneezes, no coughs. Hope this reduces the number of sneezes and coughs. It may also speed up the recovery Pray .

Take care, keep fighting and get well soon 💪 rambo 🙏 💖 sunny .

Yitian, if I lost my sense of humor I might be dead. Wink

I`m lying in bed most of the time due to the muscle tension in neck and back. Can`t be on my feet for long. Just made coffee, reply to your post and then straight back to bed.

Thanks for your wishes!
I`m positive on the rambo

Dear Tin-Yau,

I have been very busy and just reading here for a long time.

Today, after reading your post, I thought I have to send well wishes to my Victoria Peak friend.

You must be frustrated by not being able to do things you did naturally.
I remember it was difficult when I broke my wrist a few years ago, even though it was nothing compare with your injury.

Please have enough rest and recover well.

Good luck to visit HK ! Wink
