I searched around, but didn't find anything much in English Crying or Very sad . Here is one news report article I found:
Film 'See You Tomorrow' is scheduled to release on December 23 in the Chinese mainland
http://www.globaltimes.cn/content/1013381.shtml
Source:Global Times Published: 2016/10/24 19:08:39

See You Tomorrow, a new comedy produced by Cannes award-winning Hong Kong filmmaker Wong Kar-wai, is looking to get a piece of the Chinese mainland's lucrative New Year holiday period pie.

Directed by popular writer-turned-director Zhang Jiajia and starring Tony Leung, Takeshi Kaneshiro and Angelababy, the film has been trending on Chinese social media platforms since its trailer released on Wednesday. Discussions have not only centered on the all-star cast, but also the peculiar combination of Zhang, a novice director known for his Chicken-Soup-For-The-Soul-style blog series, and Wang, an experienced film master who has impressed moviegoers with atmospheric art films such as 2000's In the Mood for Love.

Promotional stills released at a Beijing press conference on Sunday revealed the usually stone-faced Tony Leung performing with exaggerated facial expressions and Takeshi Kaneshiro playing a muscled hooligan in a Hawaiian shirt at a tropical location.

According to Zhang, the film focuses on a group of professionals called baiduren, who help people in pain find some peace and joy in their lives. In Zhang's own words, the movie "tells a Wong-style story using the approach of Stephen Chou," the Hong Kong actor-director known for his satirical comedic style.

"I consider myself lucky to be able to work with Wong," said Zhang at the press conference.

"He often came to the shoot to tutor me in directing.

"I hope I can live up to his expectations."

Zhang most likely has no reason to worry as Wong weighed in on Zhang's directorial debut saying, "In my opinion, it is an excellent film."

According to Wong, See You Tomorrow is more than just a silly film.

"It is like warm wine that helps keep you going during the freezing winter," he said at the conference.

This is not the first comedy film that Wong has produced.

"It is a tribute to the 25th anniversary of Jedong Film (Wong's film production company) as the studio's very first production was also a comedy film, 1993's The Eagle Shooting Heroes," he added.

The film is scheduled to release on December 23 in the Chinese mainland.

In my opinion, whoever calls Tony "stone-faced" must be BLIND evil !

Another one.
A-listers Tony Leung, Takeshi Kaneshiro and Angelababy star in new comedy
http://news.asiaone.com/news/showbiz/listers-tony-leung-takeshi-kaneshiro-and-angelababy-star-new-comedy

Renowned director Wong Kar Wai is known for his arty, melancholic films like In 'The Mood for Love' and 'The Grandmaster'. But this time, Wong is taking on the role of producer, tackling another genre that he is not usually known for - comedy.

To help him with his new film are three glamorous stars: Hong Kong screen king Tony Leung, heart throb actor Takeshi Kaneshiro and the beautiful Angelababy, who attended a press conference for the film in Beijing on Sunday (Oct 23).

Titled "See You Tomorrow", the film will be released during the Christmas period in China.

Directed by Chinese writer Zhang Jiajia, "See You Tomorrow" is about a group of professionals who find peace and joy while helping those who are in some form of suffering. According to Global Times, Zhang said it was a "Wong-style" movie using a "Stephen Chow approach", referring to the antics of madcap Hong Kong comedian actor-director.

The movie has already created some buzz on social media, following the release of its trailer last week.

Besides the cast, netizens were also talking about Wong's curious partnership with Zhang. While the former is a veteran director, Zhang is a newcomer in film-making, and it remains to be seen if his directing chops are up to par.

Stills unveiled at the press conference also surprised the media and netizens.

Leung, who is usually poker-faced, was dramatically more expressive, while Kaneshiro looked strapping compared to his usually lean self.

Angelababy, who is reportedly four months pregnant, drew attention to her baby bump again.

But when it came to acting on set, Wong compared her to Hong Kong star Andy Lau, whom he praised as "one of the most hardworking actors he's worked with". Wong said he was "very satisfied with her performance".

The movie is expected to be a box-office draw when screening spills over to Chinese New Year period in late January.
