I wonder what he was reacting to? _________________ "Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read." - Groucho Marx |

Thanks, Jamaica. These pics are very nice.
I totally agree with ham - the first one is very cute.
I saw this kind of expression from Tony quite a few times in those movie's "making of" sessions - he looks like a naughty child just did something wrong - that makes me smile every time. |

Well, it seems like the best actors are ones who retain their child's imagination - that ability to believe the way a child can. After all, acting, basically, is just playing pretend. (But it can still be done either very badly, or wonderfully good). _________________ "Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read." - Groucho Marx |

Very wise words Jamaica!
by the way, my favorite Tony pic in this selection is number 14 from above....I'm sure nobody would mind to have a look again and count
Mature, smile, unfathomably deep glance (I had to use my translator for that one...oh boy....)

Agree with you all - I actually like a lot of those pics, they show many different sides.
BTW, here is a newest past pic - Tony's new hair do - posted by his hair dresser yesterday. I kind of wonder if this is going to be his hair style for Windseeker, OR, is he going back to work on The Grandmasters???

Yitian, where do you find these pictures??? Thank you for sharing!
My first thought is that the haircut is for "The Grandmasters," but it's extreme, even for that haircut! Is it possible that the date to start filming again is a couple of weeks away, (ooh, I hope so!!!!), and that the haircut will be sufficiently grown out by then, or, as you mentioned, is it for "Windseeker," instead? (I wonder if Tony is as sick of that haircut as I am? LOL!!! Ahh yes, the sacrifices one makes for their art!)
Sorry, if the Corbis pictures are familiar to you all. I've seen a lot of Tony shots from Corbis, but most of the ones I posted, I don't remember ever seeing before. A lot of the shots were from Cannes appearances over the years, I really liked those. I especially enjoyed the formal portraits. I was really excited to see shots from the "Happy Together" appearance, there - I didn't expect to see those on the American Corbis site.
#14 is precious, it feels very revealing - lovely portrait!
I'd seen the shot of Tony with Gong Li and Ziyi, before, but I just get so tickled at the delighted smile on Tony's face, that I had to post it. It looks like the smile any man would have, sandwiched between two such beautiful ladies. _________________ "Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. I got an idea not long ago from viewing photos posted by Info: some of them got a common web-link on the lower right corner (weibo.com - a site for mini blogs). Further digging around on the web I found 2 weibo accounts held by Tony's fan clubs. Here is their web addresses:
http://weibo.com/leungchiuwai and
http://weibo.com/springgroup
There are some kind of postings on these 2 sites almost everyday. Too bad the comments are in Chinese, but fortunately pics and videos are universal to everyone. I am having good time while patiently (at least trying to) waiting for Tony's new movies.
Hope you'll enjoy. |
