Hi Jenny,
Don't worry. It's not only chocolates I received.
But I come home late everyday, so I have to eat at late hours that really makes me fat!!!!!!!
Yesterday, we had a quite big quake in Tokyo.....
Yes, I'd like to escape from endless work, earthquakes and fats.
(I'm happy to share my fats...but not chocolates... ) |

Hi Helga,
The news made Blue Monday disappear.
I' ve seen Mr. Kurosawa several times in film lectures and Q&A sessions etc.
He's not only a director but a real film buff.
His style changed drastically for past several years which really surprised me in a good way.
Hope Tony enjoy working with him and other actors and actresses as well.
Like Jenny said in The Latest News, A. Maeda's casting was a big surprise. LOL |

Any potential filming locations announced? You know if they require extras, I think Yuka you should apply. Actually I would probably be the first in line. Hehe. |

Hi Helga,
A new career?
Jenny, I think we should look for antique costumes. |

YES! Count me in. I just gotta book a ticket to Asia first. No big deal.
Antique costumes Yuka? Do you think they'll provide wigs for people with short hair? Hehe. But honestly if a call goes out for extras please let me know. |

I just read about a tsunami warning off the east coast of Honshu. Hope our friends in Japan are OK! _________________ Water which is too pure has no fish. |

Heard in radio-news from this new shake... in similar region like 3 11 I´m sorry for all people living there - possibly returned and settled down again - recently Guess this might be most frightening for all people living there. (Fortunately the tsunami-warning is cancelled meanwhile)
All of you, my dear friends are far away from danger - well and save, hopefully ! My heart goes out to you Wishing your country, and all concerned people, well !

Thank you Tin-Yau for your concern.
The quake was quite big, but no big damge and no Tsunami.
Still, we have to be careful because this might be a warning sign of another big quake.
I felt only slight tremor in my area but I've watched on TV news that it was a big one in north area.
Everytime there is a quake, I am worried about the crippled nuclear plants in Fukushima. It seems to be no further damages done this time.
Thank you Helga,
Luckily, no serious problems this time according to the news. |

Thank you , Helga and Tin Yau.
I' ve been away from Tokyo for about 20 days for a business trip
and got back home just yesterday.
It was quite a long shake and happened on Friday just like before ....
But nothing dropped on my floor so I guess no chaos here at least in Tokyo.
I was with guests with over 20 different nationalities at that time .
They were all telling me, now that they can understand (although they were not in northern region )what we felt emotionally and physically on 3.11 .
I'll be leaving Tokyo again for a while on a business trip from Monday,
so I really hope it won't happen again.
Have a good weekend !!
