So glad to hear you are all ok.

Like everyone I'm also watching the news reports.

Words are not enough at times like these but my thoughts, heart and spirit are with you and your fellow country people.

I got stranded in saitama. Took me 12 hours to get back home. 5 of those on foot and I had to go to work again 1 hour after I got back home. My room looks like it has been turned upside down but i'm glad to know everyone is safe.
Have been awake 40+ hours now. Had a couple of scotches to help me get to sleep with these constant quakes.

Take care all.

Dear everyone,
Thank you very much for your message. I'm really glad.
And thank you for the support of many countries to Japan.

I'm glad to know everyone is safe in Japan.
Aftershocks are still ongoing and I can't sleep well.
But we return to almost normal life now in my area.
I'm hoping that people will be rescued as soon as.

It is a poor consolation only, but the whole world sympathizes and send help and rescue teams on site.
We fellow fans and friends are in thoughts by your side - feel close to you.

For those, whom it is a help:

Quote from March 11, 2011
"Earthquake Response from Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche"
Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche was at a ceremony in Nepal when the shocking news of the earthquake in Japan reached him. Rinpoche was deeply saddened and concerned for the people in the area of the disaster. Rinpoche encourages all Buddhists around the world not to panic. In particular, those in the midst of the turmoil should face these disastrous circumstances courageously and not give up hope. We should all realize, Rinpoche stated, that this is the nature of the world. For the country and people who are afflicted by the earthquake, and also for the future of our world, please chant the mantras of Green Tara and Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) continuously. Rinpoche himself will continuously pray and supplicate for every one of us.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This evening I´ll join a gathering (chain) of people in my hometown, carrying candles - to think of the earthquake and Tsunami-victims and all bereaved. For all survivers and helpers also, who have to live and to assist under terrible circumstances since days.
My heart will be with you dear friends in Japan !
A week has passed…
I think anyone can bear if there’s no
fancy clothes, diamond ring, party, glittering neon,
lavish restaurant and a chateau to live etc. etc. …
I can also bear 2 hour’s sleep, eating dinner under candle lights(temporal blackouts),
constant quakes which keep me awake and waiting for hours for a train to come....
But I can’t bear if I lost someone who’s close to me.
Most of the media only report what’s happening in the northern area,
but there’s more regions where also damaged by quakes.
Some of my friends and colleagues lost their homes, too. But thank god, they’re safe.
For those non Japanese speakers in Japan (some of you may have never experienced earthquake before ),
the following website provides information to non-Japanese speakers who live in Japan on how to deal with
natural disasters in over 30 languages.
http://nip0.wordpress.com/
Paul, I don’t know if you have energy right now to read this post.
If you need any help in Japanese pls. contact me.
But the problem is, mobile phone won’t work in the crisis like last Friday...
Hi Helga,
Unfortunately, I have to go to work during this weekend and Monday
(public holiday here in Japan) to handle this situation.
May be good way to keep my mind off from the reality.
Thank you for your emails which you keep sending me. Cheer me up a lot !
Hope to see you again sometime in cherry blossom season!
Yes Yuko, my strong-minded Japanese friend -
I would be pleased to meet you again at Sakura-time - under a fully illuminated Tokyo Tower - I will try my best to realize !
Bear up !
