Are you sorry not to be able to accompany her cause of finishing your "Grand Master" ? Crying or Very sad ? Planing a film soon acting together again ?

Heartily Greetings to muuuuuch warmer Hongkong ! Wink

Hi Helga.. I read about the news from Venice too. It's great to see pics of Carina there, promoting her new movie Smile

Dear Tony,

"He ain't heavy, He's my father" is one of my favourite film of yours =) It's a very touching movie which brought me into tears when I watched it during one particular Fathers' Day~
Both you and Carina excelled in that movie! Hmm.. maybe it's strange cuz she acted as your mum in it? hehe...

Have a nice day!

Li Shan

Dear Helga,

Thanks for the question.

Dear Tony,

Nice to read your very honest answer.
Is it probably very awkward to act with someone so familiar ? Laughing

Also maybe this situation might bring you back to your real life and make it difficult to get into the role ?

Dear Tony
Like Li-shan and Eri mentioned, it is a question of distance - and role possibly ? Think
Did you feel strange also in "Ashes of Time" ?
(But however - Most important is, you feel comfortable on the Set and in your role !) Smile

Have a pleasant day !

Dear Tony,

My fault -I beg your pardon ! Did ask and express myself wrong or misunderstandable. Crying or Very sad
I did not mean spatial "distance"- more emotional/spiritual "affinity" - you can understand better now ? Uffff - I realy regret very much, not having improved my poor School-English yet - Crying

Sorry again, my dear Idol and Thank you very much, for this interesting "AOT"- background informations. (I love Carina´s Horse-scene !!)
Helga

Perhaps WKW thought you didn't have to know about it in advance. Wink
(I wonder if you knew that, did it make any difference ? )

BTW, I am sure Carina knew that her role was waiting for "Blind Swordsman" (you) and that made her and that scene so beautiful. Wink

think when u know a person inside out, it feels awkward imagining the person as someone else and its not easy immersing yourself in the role, i guess.
i find sometimes when i am always speaking to someone in mandarin and have to switch to english, i feel a bit strange, let alone acting where there is so much emotions involved.

Hi Tony,

I found Carina stunning in Venice. Would you please pass her my compliments?

About her as actress, I find her very talented. I loved her character in 2046, and also... I don't remember... Infernal Affairs 2 or 3, she was really really good and also in other films. I remember this film where she is part of a very poor couple. She ends the relationship because she doesn't believe in the dreams of her partner and ends up with a triad boss, then she meets with her old boyfriend years later. And he is rich now and her feelings and loyalty are put to test. Excellent actress, really. Maybe not lucky enough in the awards department.

When I am involved in a project I don't like any distracting presence, and I think this could be your case too.

But, you being a couple everybody would think strange if you don't share the same room and things. Now, talking about a difficult situation!

And that could reveal itself as a very complicated experience....

Bye,
Kiss
Kat
