Happy Thanksgiving to all the US fans!!!!!!!!!!!!
We don't have it in Italy, but I know is a big thing celebrating peace between men of different races and family values, so it reaches out and talks to all our hearts.
Bye and, by the way, turkey IS good. I use just the small ones, three kilos more or less, and stuff it with minced pork meat, boiled and mashed chestnuts, bread crumbles scented with garlic and parsley and some Parma ham. While it is in the oven I cover the breast with some bacon strips, not to burn it, and remove them the last half an hour to have it golden.
