Tony promoted green tea in Guangzhou and met with fans yesterday. He had the chance to demonstrate his wakeboarding skills in the ad.

Over 100 fans participated in the event. When asked how he could always look fresh and young, Tony said "Doing exercise helps me to release pressure. When I am not working, I live a simple and balance life." When asked his key for success, Tony considered that one needs to make more effort if one wants to do a better job. Yet, no matter how successful his career is, he won't ignore important elements of life such as good health and family. He thought one can only be considered a successful person if he has these elements in his life.

The ad was shot in Sai Kung. Although it was a hot day, but Tony was happy with the job because he enjoys wakeboarding a lot. Because Tony got hurt when skiing earlier, he had to take panadol before shooting the ad. To ensure he spoke perfect putonghua, Tony practised his lines many times before actual filming.

Tony revealed that he worked non-stop in the past few years, and only took a long break in the recent months, and would return to work soon. He would co-operate with Andrew Lau in a new project, followed by John Woo's "Red Cliff", and WKW's new project.

Talking about World Cup, Tony said he watched football match live in Argentina when he was there filming "Happy Together", and he was very impressed. This year, he supported Argentina and Brazil.

擁有親情快樂才真成功養生之道 梁朝偉運動

　【文匯報訊】(記者　許紹基)梁朝偉昨天在廣州國際酒店與影迷會面同樂，兼為他所代言的「茶研工坊」進行宣傳活動，梁朝偉在這個新拍的廣告片裡展現運動細胞，本身就是滑水高手的他，終於有機會在鏡頭前展示他的滑水英姿。

食物清淡　節奏平穩

　昨天的見面會現場共有近100位影迷參加，場面盛大，梁朝偉一出現，迷人笑容與魅力眼神立刻引來現場影迷的尖叫連連，影迷們特地以梁朝偉的歌曲為藍本，模仿他在廣告中的演出，讓偉仔也開心地笑個不停。被問到他看來永遠精神奕奕的「養生秘方」，偉仔道：「運動是我抗壓最好的方式，除了工作，我盡量保持平穩的生活節奏，每天都吃得很簡單，選擇清淡的食物，當然也常常喝茶。（你事業上的成功不二法門是甚麼呢？）要做得更好，就要付出更多。不過就算事業再成功，我也不會放棄或忽視生命中最基本的東西，例如健康、親情和快樂，能一直擁有這些，才是真正的成功。」

休息半年　重回片場

　偉仔日前特地為這支飲品廣告在西貢海邊拍外景，雖然拍片當天天氣很炎熱，但偉仔表示可以一邊玩他最愛的水上活動一邊工作，令他的心情一直很高漲。偉仔因之前滑雪受傷，傷勢還沒完全復元，他甚至還得吃止痛藥才能順利拍攝，謙虛的他自認普通話說得不夠到位，還不停地反覆練習對白，糾正自己的普通話發音。

　偉仔更感慨地表示，前幾年一直不停地工作，到最近這大半年來才真的有機會休息，養足精神，因此接下來將重新回到拍片工作，預計會先接演《無間道》導演劉偉強的新片《傷城》，然後陸續還包括吳宇森導演的《赤壁之戰》與王家衛導演的《一代宗師》。

　對於剛開鑼的世界盃比賽，梁朝偉說道：「我不敢自稱是專業球迷，但也很愛看足球。當年在拍《春光乍洩》時，曾在阿根廷看過現場比賽，印象十分深刻，我自己今屆比較支持阿根廷和巴西隊！」
