Hello, my name is Desiree and I am a bilingual secretary and live with my two cats in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. I have seen several movies with Tony Leung Chiu-Wai but when I discovered Infernal Affairs in March this year (quite late - I know) I became more nad more interested and now I am going to be passionate. Laughing

My hobbies are writing, animal protection (feeding feral cats, etc.), photography, human rights (ai member) and long walks.

I have just been in HK for the first time and am very impressed. And in about two weeks I am going there again for a weekend. Part of my pictures taken you can find here:

Welcome Desiree2! It's better late than never. Being late has an advantage as you have a whole load of Tony films to discover. How exciting! Do check out his singing too. He's got a lovely voice Wink

What I read in the messages really seems to be a very good community. Very Happy

I only know his singing (up to now) from the movie IA 1, where he sings along with Andy Lau. But next time being in HK I am going to get some CDs and check out.

Friends fault in my last mail: Used the German word for Artikel, sorry! I am looking for different things by him. E.g. Andy Lau has a Club where fans can get some fan "stuff". - Am lost with words today, am truly sorry!

I don't know if there are any fan articles (like T-shirts or caps) for sale, but if you are there in Hong Kong, the best thing to buy are DVDs of Tony's film, or even CDs if you can find them. Happy hunting and have a good trip.

DVD and CD shops are plentiful there, and I think most are piracy free. I stayed in Causeway Bay when I was there, and there are lots and lots of CD and DVD shops around the area. However, I don't know HK well enough to recommend where to go....

Hm, would be nice to find out where everyone is from and to have pictures as well. May be it will start now. Haha!!!

@ Looney Tune: I only know Western District of HK Island a bit better and learnt a bit of Kwun Tong. And heard that there is a new DVD shop (which was only an online shop for a while). Will check out Causeway Bay as well - unfortunately I don't know if I can make it this time as I will only be there for three days and 1,5 days I will be quite busy. May be in August.
