Location No. 1: The White House - Hong Kong Island - Hong Kong (<Lust, Caution>, <2046>)

This is a deserted old house in white located in the northwest of the Hong Kong Island. In <Lust, Caution>, it is Mr. Yee's home in Hong Kong. While in <2046>, it is the Oriental Hotel in which Chow Mo Wan stays.

How To Get There

Take bus No. 5, 971, A10 or M47 and get off at the 'Mount Davis Path' station.
Suggest to take bus No. 5 as Mount Davis Path' station is its terminal station, you won't miss it. You can get on the bus in various stations along the Hennessy Road in Wan Chai and Causeway Bay or along the Des Voeux Road West in Central or Sheung Wan. Bus fare is around HK$ 4.

The house is on the Victoria Road. Walk backwards for about 100 meters after getting off bus No. 5, you'll see it standing there with its dark green iron gate closed. The little Mount Davis Path nearby is leading to the top of Mt Davis. The Mt. Davis Youth Hostel is located on the top of the hill.

I took some pictures trying to reproduce the scenes in the film. Cool

<Lust, Caution> Mr. and Mrs. Mak were waiting for Mr. and Mrs. Yee outside the house.

<2046> Chow Mo Wan at the Oriental Hotel.
I did not find the exact place of the scene as it is not allowed to get into the house. Sad

More pics of the house. It is a very quiet place with beautiful seascape!
