Hi Helga

Thank you for this post, really interesting.

Also thanks for info about Tonys stunt double. You've been busy on the
internet keeping us informed, appreciate your efforts.

Hope you enjoyed your holidays. I've read your other posts, your
Eastern travels sound exciting. Sorry to read you feel so cold, I suppose
you got used to the hotter climate while away. Hopefully happy
memories will keep you warm until Spring arrives in Austria.

Spring arrives here end of March, at the moment it's cold, wet and windy.
Not as cold as December and January and by no means as bad as what
other counries like Australia are suffering so shouldn't complain.

It's good to see you back with all your warm, kind and interesting posts.

Best wishes....mary

Dear faithful Mary !

Thank you so much for your friendly and warm words - makes me Embarassed Hope you are fine.

I am still daydreaming...........reflecting..........and have still no energy for longer letters......Wink
Memories are my current psychological "anchor" against the freezing temperatures ......hope you have some "life belts" too, when you need.
But I must not moan, cause I´ve visited marvellous places and we met wonderful people - often living under really severe conditions.

Heartily
Helga

Dear Helga,

Thanks a lot for the link.
You are right, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoches´advices and books are very humorous and wise.
And its also easier to understand, because he was using his daily life experiences as an example.

Btw he and AJAHN BRAHM will come to Indonesia (Jakarta and Surabaya) on March, to discuss about their books.
I and some of my friends will go there.

Cheers,
Cisca

Wow, enjoy ! For a while the last chance to meet him, cause he begins a 3-years-retreat in May (after HK 10 days meditation retreat in April)- I did read.
