Dear Tony
Always a joy to watch you participating "family-dinners" - very lovable caring and attentive - though you always might be very busy !
Doubtless you are still focused on the role/character of the "Grand Master" - May I ask you though, if you plan the project with Derek Yee next - or perhaps a comedy soon again - as you mentioned former in Forum ? (Sorry for being so curious )
Hope you are fine and optimistic, stand the current humid heat in HK well - and - shooting proceeds successfully !
Bye for now - and please take care my/our Idol ~

Hi Tony.. just wanna ask... Will you be singing the theme song of "The Grand Master" or any of the tracks in the OST of the movie like what you did for "In the Mood for love"? _________________ -I like you just the way you are - |

Hi Tony,
thanks for your news.
I watched Red Cliff at last, integral version.
Great film. Say thanks to Mr Woo for me, would you?
This makes me think two things.
The first one is a matter of fact consideration: the cinema shortened version was horrifying.
The same goes for "Chinese Odyssey 2002", one of the best comedies ever seen.
The version given to the West Countries was sadly cut and sewn: in a world: devastated.
This is so bad, and does a bad job for your cinema, that shows so many elements of interst to the western audience.
And this drives me to the second consideration:
when, or if you will produce a film of yours, can you control that what is bought in Europe or America is more or less the original film and not some exotic pastiche without an understandable storyline?
Pretty pretty please?
Thanks for your time,
Big Kiss and Have Care of Yourself
