Tony and Carina attended the 28th Hong Kong Film Awards. Due to the misarrangement of the organiser, Tony and Carina were late and missed the red carpet. Tony, as the best actor nominee, also missed the opening ceremony of the event. However, this did not affect the mood of Tony and Carina.

偉仔嘉玲被拒進場

為隆重其事，大會昨晚七時許安排所有候選帝后在紅地氈「晒冷」剪綵，並放煙花贈興，不過卻未見憑《赤壁》角逐最佳男主角的梁朝偉。據知，偉仔與劉嘉玲早於晚上六時已抵達新世界酒店等候大會專車接送，但苦等多時仍未見大會車輛，偉仔遂自行駕車趕往紅地氈，惜抵達時剪綵儀式已開始，更有人拒讓他們進場。雖然慘食閉門羹兼錯過歷史性一刻，但偉仔依然笑容滿面拖嘉玲入場，並不斷向傳媒揮手，未受事件影響心情。

除了偉仔夫婦外，楊千嬅、任賢齊及張智霖夫婦亦要待儀式完結後方能進場，但由於戶外紅地氈已關閉，眾星惟有改在場館內行紅地氈。原本戴上逾千萬元贊助鑽飾的千嬅，入場後才將披肩卸下讓傳媒拍照。
