Hi samandiriel,
Well, I would think to send a private message to either moderator, Info or news, and they'll get your request to the webmaster. Is it something you can share with all of us? Perhaps someone else can help you, too.
Or send a message to Tony in "Communicate with Tony." He reads those, himself... and many times answers postings in there.
