Stanley Kwan hopes to have Tony to act Mui Lan Fong, the master of Peking Opera. Tony is interested. As the movie involves Peking Opera, Tony would need more time to prepare for the character, he has yet to decide whether to take up the role.

關錦鵬鎖定偉仔做梅蘭芳

正在北京宣傳《長恨歌》的導演關錦鵬，原來已經密鑼緊鼓籌拍新片，講一代名伶梅蘭芳的事，而來自美國、香港及內地共八千萬港元資金亦已就緒，至於梅蘭芳人選，關錦鵬認為放眼華人影圈之中，只有梁朝偉能挑大樑！

關錦鵬認為偉仔無論在氣質及功力方面，都勝任此角色，現正努力游說他接拍。至於偉仔所屬的澤東公司發言人彭小姐則表示，偉仔本身對此片亦甚有興趣，只是現時甚多工作在身，加上影片涉及京劇，偉仔需要時間琢磨，所以一切言之尚早。

此外，昨晚在北京出席《長恨歌》首映禮的鄭秀文，以一襲大紅大紫的裝扮令人眼前一亮，心情亦甚為雀躍，她在內地逗留四日，大隊將於本月二十八日返港，出席影片慶功宴。
