Dear Tony,
if you are really out there!
I'm an international film student in Miami (graduating this summer! ) and i just wanted you to know that seeing you in Chung King Express and Happy Together several years ago had a huge effect on my desire to work in film.

It opened up the world of Asian Cinema to me and showed me just how beautiful and brave a film could be! And your work was amazing! I was in a class where we were studying Foreign (non-Hollywood) Films and I made them all see "Happy Together" because i'd never seen anything like you before. It took evryones breath away and i was so proud to share it with more people!

Soon i will be returning to Nigeria (where i come from) hopefully to write and direct eventually. I only hope that somewhere in my future career i am able to meet and work with an actor with your depth of expression and that i am able to write stories worthy of their translation.

I plan to visit Hong Kong too (i visited once when i was really little) and learn what i can from the masters there.
