FILMART is Asia’s premier film industry event and one of the world’s
top three events of its kind in terms of exhibitor numbers.
Internationally renowned producers, distributors, investors and
professionals use FILMART to launch promotions, network with key
industry players and negotiate deals. Last year, 710 exhibitors from
30 countries and regions and over 6,300 visitors from 50 countries and
regions took part. This year’s FILMART, the 18th edition, will continue to serve as a one-stop global marketplace. TV World, Animation & Digital Entertainment World, Equipment & Post-Production Services and other FILMART highlights allow buyers and industry professionals to tap into all aspects of the international entertainment market. Special events and seminars will spotlight the latest market developments and encourage information exchange and networking. |

| The Hong Kong Film Awards Presentation Ceremony turns 33 this year. The annual event promotes Hong Kong film, recognises outstanding achievement and encourages industry excellence. In order to make the election process fairer and more meaningful, a voter registration system was instituted in 1993. The participation and support of professional filmmakers make the awards truly representative of the Hong Kong film industry and one of Asia’s leading film awards. | |
